best. Manipulation of facts, outright deception and lies seem to be the flavor of the day to get a person elected president these days. I sit hear and listen to the lies and outright mistruths being spouted by candidates and just can't believe that the American People fall for this. The MSM doesn't challenge the lies. They run the doctored political ads and then they repeat the lies to the public under the auspices of reporting the news.

We should all be embarrassed by this. Unfortunately - I think the stigma of embarrassment has vanished and people just go with the flow.

Let's Imagine The Following Happened Today In France.....

Just think if the French People find out today that the French President Francois Hollande's administration was attempted to be informed by their counterterrorism center in an emergency meeting three months ago that an attack on Paris was imminent and that it would be "spectacular' and the word back “‘was ‘we’re not quite ready to consider this. We don’t want the clock to start ticking,’” meaning they didn’t want a paper trail and wanted to back-burner the plan?

What do you think the French People would say and do to President Hollande?

There would probably be outrage by the French People. Hollande would be ousted as President and perhaps face some sort of criminal action for his administrations failure to take any action to prevent the Paris attack.

But the American People are now first learning about such a warning to BushCo before 9/11 some 14 years after it actually happened here in the U.S. and I haven't heard a peep out of our MSM other than what I've read here on DU.

We can't let these small renegade groups bully the governments of the world. The governments were elected to protect their people and if a coalition of governments around the world put their mind and resources to it - they can defeat ISIS.

They need to stand up to them. They need to be relentless in their pursuit. They can't let up for a moment. They must keep ISIS on the run and dwindle down their numbers to nothing.

I believe it can be done - but it can't be done by one, two or three countries on their own. All world governments need to participate.

Would they be able to take any possessions with them? How many apartments & houses would be left empty? What about all the jobs they hold that would go vacated? Would those jobs be filled by bonified Americans? Would't there be a void that would go unfilled?

I can keep going on and posing more questions like this but what Trump says as to how he would deal with this might sound good to his constituents - but are they really thinking through all the mechanics to make this happen? Come on people - be realistic.
