A former federal judge appointed to review the justice department’s motion to dismiss criminal charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn has found that the government’s request should be denied because there is “clear evidence of a gross abuse of prosecutorial power"

Barr is abusing his power, according to judges who have seen his reasons for pulling Flynn prosecution. Should not the bar association investigate and immediately suspend Barr's license? If they find he has been dishonest for corrupt reasons of political favoritism, disbar him. He is not above the Law and needs to adhere to standard, acceptable, professional doctrine and personal ethics as an attorney, private or government.
