The relish with which Hill supporters are running around calling Sanders

corrupt and dishonest is the single most ironic thing about this contretemps. Not to mention disgusting. It's not saying that Bernie is flawless, to defend him from the accusations that he's corrupt. His record does that. But this has been going on for a while, so it's to be expected.

One of Hillary's most widely perceived weaknesses is the broad perception that she isn't honest and that she's ethically compromised. Hillary supporters have been desperate to ding Sanders image as honest and honorable.

Hill supporters here have railed endlessly on about how she wasn't responsible for what her surrogates and supporters did in 2008 and at other times, how she's not responsible for anything Bill did regardless of her involvement. And on and on.

And unlike Bernie who has defended Hillary, Hillary's campaign pounced on this before the facts have even been marshalled. Bernie has repeatedly personally defended Hillary. No such grace from camp Hillary.

We now have DU Hillary supporters running around saying they'll work their asses off to defeat Bernie if he runs for reelection in 2018. Well, from a Vermonter, you don't stand a snowball's chance in Hell of accomplishing that, but more to the point, shame on you.

It's disgusting to watch this.
