13. Decided to freeze the tough, tasteless beef roast.

Maybe it'll be edible if I turn it into pot roast. Cooking the bejesus out of it should make it tender.

Tonight I am having a fried pork chop, baked potato and the rest of the broccoli in Swiss cheese sauce.



Yum! That was good. Dredged it in cornstarch, a bit of flour, salt and pepper.
