7. I remember those dramatic afternoon thunder storms in N. Fla in the summer.

Almost like clockwork...3 pm. Our agency head sent us home about then, cause they all knew a lot of water was coming.

When I moved to the area, in early spring, I remember wondering to myself why the drainage ditches on both sides of all the roads were SO deep..
and so wide.
I soon found out.
