and most of the things talked about here were in the 2016 platform. Does anyone know why the 2020 platform is FDR level but 2016 wasn't?

He says, "If we elect Democrats, if Democrats control the Senate and the House, we're going to implement that agenda, maybe even more."

This is a big change.
