Obviously a 2 year old can't defend themselves from the charges and will not be held accountable for it either. Who knows what happened in the house unless one of the older kids talks. It could beone of the older children playing with the gun or an adult accidentally or intentionally shooting the gun. A while ago their was a story where a kid was playing guns by pointing his finger towards a step dad/live in who drew what he thought was an unloaded gun and shot the kid - that story did not pass the smell test either.
