Right-wing nut David Paulides has a background as a decent police detective. He has compiled many cases that have multiple coincidences where young drunk men disappear only to be found dead in a body of water. I have debated his take for years yet in many of the cases, evidence, eyewitnesses, and odd parallels abound and no smiley-face killer or accidental death could account for them.
