6. I am in Philly and am close to the Montco border

It was on the radio here this afternoon (I haven't seen the transcription of their report posted yet) - they are concerned about the machines. But it's not just Montco. Someone else posted about Allegheny County (which includes Pittsburgh) and I also heard on the same radio report that Bucks County (which borders Philly to the NE) is also doing this. Edit to add that I heard the story again and they mentioned Chester County had also delayed certification (another suburban Philly county).

I believe it is a county-by-county thing going on right now where they have to get a petition and do this in Commonwealth Court.

IMHO, they need to do this in upstate PA in the Lehigh Valley & Scranton area. That is where I feel there were some shenanigans going on.
