14. Obama would never come to Alaska,

(none of the presidential candidates ever do) except maybe to stop off at the military base which he has done in the past , but I think he would be well received with maybe a few protestors, especially in my particular neighborhood which tends to lean Democratic.

One of the great things about living here is that we are pretty much ignored during presidential elections -- who wants to travel this far for a measly 3 electoral votes. We get plenty of advertising for statewide offices but hardly any for the presidential. I love that.
