First, I don't think Dutch should die but have the opportunity to go to a sanctuary at the very least.
All the facts are not presented here, Dutch was not trained to be a service dog until AFTER the bites occurred.
Yes, Jeremy was in the service, but Dutch was not his 'service dog' as people have been led to believe.
He thought Dutch being trained after the incident would help his case.
Dutch is a 150lb dog that was fighting with a pitbull outside and the woman was fearful that Dutch could kill
the dog, so she tried to get him off the other dog - yes she also used an aluminum pole at one point, she
was in a panic thinking she had to save the pitbull, and shit - 150lb dog is freaking HUGE.
Once she was finally able to tear him away by the collar and get him into the house Dutch bit this woman twice
so hard that it went right to the bone, in both her leg and again on her buttocks. The woman was able to get
herself into a bedroom and shut the door where she then called her husband, he and his friend came home to
help her. When they opened the door to the home, the dogs saw each other and darted towards each other AGAIN!
This caused a $25,000 medical bill for this woman, that's no 'nip' nor is it a laughing matter.
I'm not saying this was all handled well, Dutch was obviously in an agitated state. All I'm saying here is that before you judge anyone, get some more of the facts first.
