What if in his sniffing around he finds out that the Russians & Trump colluded to interfere with the 2016 election and that the investigation around that was justified - will he come forward with that info or will he move to kill it?
A Couple Of Incidents The Dems Need To Talk About And Drive Home When The Now Circling The Wagons...
Repugs try and protect Trump from impeachment. The Dems need to drive home these points. They need to use these incidents to refute any of the lies and the obfuscation that the Repugs are throwing up now to protect Trump.
Here they are:
1. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell stopped the Obama administration from speaking out about Russian interference in the 2016 campaign by refusing to sign on to a bipartisan statement of condemnation.
2. A month before Donald Trump clinched the Republican nomination, one of his closest allies in Congress — House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy — made a politically explosive assertion in a private conversation on Capitol Hill with his fellow GOP leaders: that Trump could be the beneficiary of payments from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“There’s two people I think Putin pays: Rohrabacher and Trump,” McCarthy (R-Calif.) said, according to a recording of the June 15, 2016, exchange, which was listened to and verified by The Washington Post. Paul Ryan shut him down by saying something to the effect that 'We need to keep this in the family'.
3. The negative comments about Trump from the clown car of Repug Presidential Primary candidates during the Repug Primary debates. The Dems need to say - "This is what these Repugs really think about Trump". There are countless clips and sound bites from these Repug opponents of Trump that can be strung together to show how Trump was thought of by the Repug Party before he won the primary and became their candidate.
Upon edit: These same former candidates that criticized Trump back then need to be asked why they now protect Trump and what caused them to change their minds about Trump?
If Trump Ultimately Goes Down - Rudy....
in some ways 'Will' be a hero for being the cause of taking Trump out.
How Come I Don't Hear Any Calls For Trump To Resign?.....
Afterall - he's saying Schiff should resign.
About The Impeachment Trial In The Senate.....
My understanding is that the House presents the facts to the Senate and Roberts presides as the judge.
Who defends Trump? Does he have WH lawyers put up his defense or his own personal lawyers?
Seeing that there is so much MSM activity around this Ukraine incident - and the televised hearings - there should be no surprises by the House Dems when they present their impeachment facts. Doesn't that allow for Trumps defense to be well versed and ready for them?
They should be well prepared - to refute anything that the House Dems throw at them. Also - the Senate Repugs should be well versed in this whole incident as well and they will have their talking points to circle the wagons around Trump.
I'm just wondering - how does this impeachment trial go down in the Senate?
Immediately Nancy Pelosi Should Start Talking About All The House Bills That The Dems Passed And....
are being held up by MoscowMitch and the Repugs in the Senate. They should make the list available and distribute it to all Americans to illustrate - just who is deadlocking and sitting on all this legislation.
Don't sit back and let Trump and the Repugs set the narrative on this - that the Dems aren't doing anything but pushing impeachment.
Show the American People what the Dem House has achieved since the Blue Wave allowed the Dems to take back the house.
