Nothing "sleazy" about this.. except from BS.. " He has mocked the party, spent months spreading

dishonest information about President Obama, convinced his fans that he alone is responsible for everything that Democrats have said and accomplished for decades."

It's a freaking fact.

Welcome to the Hillary Group, Jennifer.

I feel the same way about BS.. Mahalo for Brilliantly getting this down in an OP, Maggie

"It’s impossible for Bernie to be unaware of some of the really clueless and sometimes overtly racist things his supporters say hundreds of times a day. As far as I can tell, he has not said a word about it. He is either oblivious or content to let it slide."

3. He is not a Democrat. In fact he has spent 25 years dissing Democrats, even to the point of calling for a primary on Obama in 2012 (as I make sure to remind every PoC I meet that mentions the presidential campaign).

Thank you.. that needs to be brought up to everyone who appreciates the amazing job President Obama has done even if BS doesn't.

Talking about Bravenak is never "random" when discussing #BlackLivesMatter. Thank you for

bringing her activism into the discussion, K.

She wrote Thom Hartmann a letter and now he has called out a certain element on Democratic Underground. How not random is that?

Rest In Peace, Power, And Greatness, Julian Bond~ A Photo Journal from The Obama Diary of Julian

Bond's Life.

When he was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 1965 — along with seven other black members — furious white members of the House refused to let him take his seat, accusing him of disloyalty. He was already well known because of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee’s stand against the United States’ involvement in the Vietnam War. That touched off a national drama that ended in 1966, when the Supreme Court in a unanimous decision ordered the legislature to seat him, saying it had denied him freedom of speech. He went on to serve 20 years in the two houses of the legislature. As a lawmaker, he sponsored bills to establish a sickle cell anemia testing program and to provide low-interest home loans to low-income Georgians. He also helped create a majority-black congressional district in Atlanta.

President Obama and Veep Biden are close friends.. and I do love Joe. I think he's been a great

Vice President.. and I've seen a lot of what he's done.. not through the eyes of the US corpmedia. But, I hope he doesn't run, either.

Though the event was closed to the public and press, Clinton was careful to take note of the Black Lives Matter movement, which has disrupted the events of her Democratic rivals Sanders and former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley.

The movement has sought to highlight the race-based disadvantages blacks face in American society, and Clinton called it a “really important statement,” adding, “We can’t act like it’s happening somewhere else.”

Thank you, ericson

"President Barack Obama recently shared a public version of his soundtrack for the summer. This

list seems to capture the feelings of a president who happens to be black, in the twilight of his term, and contemplating his successes, disappointments, and understanding of how America's history, as a white supremacist society, grown from the contradictions of slavery and freedom, whose culture is black and brown, mated with the thrown off human surplus of Europe, built on bloodied land stolen from First Nations peoples, as well as the labor of the Asian, can simultaneously love and loathe the idea and fact of its first Black President of the United States."

Thank you for this, she.. and the iconic pic(to me already) of the young Black boy facing down "Police Thuggery" in Ferguson, MO. It evokes such heartbreak and brutality and those who are standing up to it.
