I know what you mean, all american girl.. I've been saying kinda the same thing.. I
think they actually believe all their Hillary hate hype to get sanders elected.
It's like the way faux "news" whines about President Obama.. if I believed all that I wouldn't like him, either.
Well stated OP... we know for a fact that BS has lost more than a few supporters over their vicious tactics.
You would think that since it didn't work in the beginning that they would have stopped. But, Noooooooooo. It only got worse and they lost even more supporters.

Anne Rice tells it! I don't remember anyone throwing her under the bus because she supported BS.. I know I didn't or anyone except the surrogates who started out insulting icons like John Lewis, Delores Huerta and all of us!

Anne here: congratulations to Hillary on winning Connecticut, as well as Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. Time to unite the party behind Hillary. And boy, judging from some of the bitter, sour, divisive and politically suicidal comments by some Bernie supporters here, I hope Bernie does some straight talking to his people. And the sooner the better. Bernie has been a great champion for his causes. He has made history. So let's not see the Democrats divided in the general because of Bernie. That would be a poor legacy for an admirable man who deserves a chance to continue his crusade under a Hillary Clinton Democratic Presidency.
Anne Rice maybe he should have run as an independent in the first place. Looks like he's used the Democratic Party for his purposes. I'm frankly deeply disgusted with his followers, and their nastiness. I wish I'd never given the guy a nickel, or a dime, or a penny, or a quarter. What a sorry mess.

Some Sunday host asked BS about this and he said.. DP works for the Clinton campaign.. which is a damn lie. He endorsed her only. And, it's still "fraud"..

I have been a delegate to the last 10 National Conventions and attended dozens of Democratic National Committee meetings, over the decades. I have never met Senator Sanders. He finally came to a DNC meeting last summer in Minneapolis, to speak as a presidential candidate. What bothers a lot of Democrats, is Sanders has shown disdain for the Democratic Party for decades. He ran against a woman (sound familiar) incumbent Democratic Governor, ran against Senator Pat Leahy (almost costing him the election) but now acting like he has been “family” all his life. People from Vermont have said- Bernie is consistent- he is always for Bernie.

When legendary farm labor, feminist, and voting rights activist Dolores Huerta published an op-ed saying she didn’t know enough about Sanders to vote for him, citing his inconsistent record on immigration and his lack of presence in the United Farm Workers struggle (that’s the labor union she co-founded with the late Cesar Chavez), the person who spoke up on Sanders’ behalf was an actress who once played Huerta in a poorly received biopic of Chavez. Rosario Dawson, a 36-year-old from New York City whose Latino ancestors hail from Puerto Rico, a US territory, and Cuba, the beneficiary of an open-door US immigration policy these last 57 years, wrote an op-ed in the Huffington Post lecturing Huerta.
“I am surprised, dismayed, and concerned that you would do your legacy such a disservice by becoming an instrument of the establishment, rather than joining this movement to create a better America like you once inspired us to do,” Dawson said.

Forget all of it. Dawson has declared Huerta’s legacy destroyed on Bernie’s behalf.
