I just did it for 20 seconds and I'm good for now.
What can they do at the hospital if you do have trouble with those issues when you've held your breath for over 10 seconds?

By the time they have fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually at 50% fibrosis and it's too late.
Taiwan experts provided a simple self-check that we can do every morning: Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds.
If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc., it proves there is no fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicating no infection.

Biden's unique connection to voters was a strength that also came to the forefront in those pivotal 10 days between South Carolina and the second Super Tuesday. so that's good start. I have family spread out all over the Mainland, though. One sister and her fam are in Florida so I'm hoping the best for them.. calling tomorrow.
We got a notice from the manager of our Apt complex and they're instituting a no interaction policy.. calling it overly cautious. I'm all for that.
