You should go and READ ABOUT THE OTHER CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT, the one they don't teach in school that much, that is CESAR CHAVEZ. In the south west the majority minority population is not black. It is hispanic, it is latino, it was segregated, (still is for the same structural reasons as African Americans). It is still discriminated against, It is redlined too. Schools. like the Lemon Grove system were segregated and children of both Kumeyaii and Latino origin were not permitted to speak their native languages either in the 1920s and 30s. This is still a group that as a whole is still stopped and frisked, and profiled by police departments. The data from San Diego PD shows that it is a lesser extent, for example, but that is just a matter of degree.

Fortunately my African American local community and Latinos are not just marching together, but recognizing each other's experience and pain. You might want to follow that lead. What you are doing is extremely ugly, and yes racist. There I said it.

Yes, race relations, in this city the majority are latino, and actually AA are one of the smaller minorities, is highlighted as something the report did find even though they did not quite were looking for it. It is in there, including the feelings that ALL MINORITIES feel targeted.

First you were saying that latinos face nothing, you were shown to be wrong, and now essentially you are telling me that latinos do not face any racism I do not know what is sadder, you denying my experience for I do not know what reason, or you playing into the hands of the GOP.

As I said, locally multiple minority communities are working together. My local power elite is not happy. They should consult you as to how to open those scabs once again, the ones they built and relied over decades, to keep minorities at each other's throats.
