2016 Postmortem

The primaries. Clearly there would need to be agreement among the state parties for anything like this to happen.

Post the dates that primaries will be held. Hold a state party function once every four years. There can be seminars and the states can learn what they have done right and what they have done wrong. Have a blind draw for the order in which the states will vote.

This would give people a purpose to watch. It would add excitement. It would be educational.
