24. Me, too!

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I did not vote for him in 1980 - I voted for John Anderson.
In retrospect I realize that President Carter had many issues to deal with in his term and he was politically handicapped - didn't have the "DC savvy" or staff to deal with things in a successful political way.
However, I don't think we've EVER had a more honorable, noble, respectful person serve in that office - and I'd SO love the chance to change my vote, especially considering what "the winner" did to our country.
Thank you, President Carter, and I hope your legacy will show what a wonderful, considerate, sincere American you are!
