8. How are you using the Dutch oven?

Are you using it over a flame or in the actual oven? I bake bread in a Dutch oven preheated in the oven for at least an hour. I use the New York Times recipe for no-knead bread. It’s super easy And makes a wonderful loaf of artisan bread.
