those red jawbreakers that taste like hot cinnamon.
also, nicotine gum, walking and sometimes just sitting in front of computer/tv saying to myself " doing anything is better than smoking."
smoked for 30 years- have gone 3 months
hi I'm new here, actually I used to be zippy890 then stopped for many years,

The gum helped me a great deal. I would have the gum during work and only smoke at home.

Another sign I'm getting old. Quit smoking 30 years ago. Two ways to go. Cold turkey or tapering off
