13. congratulations!

I knew i was making progress when my jeans started falling off my ass, but the real tell was at my last checkup, they used the blue cuff instead of the red one to do my BP. That hadn't happened in years.

I could still stand to lose a ton of weight but Ozempic has really had results for me. My BP is controlled, diabetes under control, etc
