from a series called Animaniacs..actually this is really a tribute to both of them from a show that was produced by Stephen Spielberg..
and written by Tom Rueggar... It is 11 minutes of fun. Slappy, a charcter, does not like the review that Siskel and Ebert give her..

You will see them talking after about 30 -35 seconds...
