...Time's Person of the Year, the person or persons who "for better or for worse...has done the most to influence the events of the year," simply MUST be the Koch Brothers. Time picked thugs in 1938-39, 1942, 1957, 1965, 1971-72, 1979-80, 1983, 1995, 1998, 2000 and 2007, so they're overdue to put a real scumbag on the cover.
