For whatever reason it seems to work. It is part of the messaging that ISIS will soon strike in America. Just listen to the fears being expressed about people with American passports training with ISIS where they will return to American shores with WMD. Accordingly, ISIS is a political problem for Democrats and this poll is showing that. The funny part is that the stock market, which factors in many imaginary things, has not had a negative response to an ISIS threat. That should tell you all that you need to know about the threat.
