25. The threat of legislation may have backfired
Tue Mar 19, 2013, 04:14 PM
Mar 2013

A friend of mine picked up an AR-15 this weekend just because of the "threat" of a ban - the Bass Pro Shop sold out within minutes of receiving their stock - which tells me people are stocking up. God knows how many of these weapons will flood the market just because of the "threat" of legislation, sit on someone's shelf, and then get stolen and used in heinous crimes.

Not surprised. MinneapolisMatt Mar 2013 #1
