CHICAGO (WLS) -- Voters waited in long lines to cast their ballots Monday at early voting sites. Cook County officials said early voting numbers for 2016 smashed records set in 2008. And around 6 p.m. Chance the Rapper led a crowd of hundreds of early voters from a concert in Grant Park's Petrillo Music Shell to the early voting super center in the Loop to cast their ballots as well.
