with a LOT more guns out there now than then. And other gun crimes are down even more than that. And the rate was even higher before '93.
But we have 24 hr news & internet now to constantly show the same crime over & over again and talk to 50 different people about how they feel about it.
Certainly agree with your last sentence though, for sure.
