7. How exciting...what do you think the chances are of passing this bill?

Meanwhile, the ACA is about to be repealed... since McCain will change his vote...Perhaps a bill on fixing the ACA might work better in this situation. I have to say...I consider it a waste of time to have bills like this that have no chance of victory.
