7. 11-year-old tape was likely in storage. I'm thinking someone did some digging . . .

and found it then tipped off the reporter.

That someone very well could be an oppo research person working for the Clinton campaign.

Nothing at all wrong with that. They are paid to do that very thing.

And thank God someone did a good job in finding this tape.
