Let the righties lie and distort and mislead.

Us lefties can use truth to do the same thing. We have facts and reason on our side and therefore don't have to rely on untruthful fabrications.

Don't stoop to their level. (Although I do on occasion refer to the other tribe as "Republics" because I hate the use of "Democrat Party" when it's DemocraTIC Party. I do this occasionally when I engage in the current form of American Civil War on facebook threads.)
