(36,749 posts)77. No way do I want sunlight starting at 4'ish in the morning in summer.
For those of us in more northern latitudes that is what will happen if we stay on standard time. If we are going to stick to one time I would like to see the eastern time zone go to GMT -4 permanently.
In other words, permanent DST.

That is backwards. Tonight the sun sets at 6, tomorrow it sets at 5. Or do you mean in the morning?

This weekend we get off DSL. We fall back an hour, so rather than sun setting for example
