It must be true!
I have a friend that is a DC officer
And he said in his 10years he has never met a violent pot head. He also believes we should adopt switzerlands approach to cocaine and heroine.

Apparently in switzerland you are legally allowed 2 ounces a day. He said people are getting cleaned up from their drug addiction. And the don't have drug related violence. Or at least it is at a minimum.

If we did that hear imagine how much real help user could get to become clean
