Minnesota and most of the upper Midwest. I have heard many people say that they thought it would never end, and that spring would not arrive. I told them that it certainly would and to stay hopeful. Well, it arrived today. But, now, the same people are complaining about mud.
It is sad that some cannot celebrate anything.
It is far too common, and in many areas. Hope is the anticipation of what is to come. When signs of it appear, celebrate.
