"I have to get drug tested for my job, why shouldn't they get drug tested?"

The Fourth Amendment requires the government to have probable cause to do a drug test, but the only protections you have against employers are the ones you negotiate, either individually (good luck with that) or through collective bargaining.

It's pitiful and amazing how Americans have fallen into this notion that they have to pee in a cup to be able to get a job at Walmart. We didn't do that before the 1980s, you know, the Reagan era.
