I didn't track the entire article, but he uses the standard notation for omissions in the first omitted section.

Elipses mean that text was omitted from the quoted content. In this case several paragraphs were omitted.

Is Trump omitting parts he doesnt' like? Sure. Does he hope no one will notice? Sure.

But there's nothing to sue over, since his is (at least in the instance I tracked) declaring that he omitted stuff, so he's not putting words in their mouths.
