He figures, why not use intimidation? Its part of his playbook. Cant delay? Intimidate. Wash, rinse, repeat.

The bad acting in the courtrooms is So So fake as well. The glum face ALL THE TIME. That's so the people he fleeces for money will feel bad for him and give more. Everything about him is fake.
