One of them was thinking about voting for "uncommitted delegate" in the primary. I told them that I don't see Biden as "the lesser of two evils", and then I talked about how he wasn't my first choice in the 2020 primary, but that he has surprised me with some of his more progressive policies, and I will vote for him now--enthusiastically. I think it helped.
