It’s so completely strange. She could show up on a balcony and wave and then the rumors would calm down. It seems like an easy fix, which leads me to go down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories, since they are trying to cover up something. Rumors of William’s infidelity, divorce on the horizon, induced coma, etc.
