clarence thomas being sued over his taxes [View all]

it came out a while ago that thomas got a 267k loan from a friend and didnt repay a big chunk of it. under that law you have to report that as income. he didnt. virginai has a law that allows anyone in the US to file a lawsuit against a virginia resident for fraud.

a republican attorney just filed such a lawsuit against thomas......
