can't run for president because Article II-5 says you have to be a natual born citizen of the USA. Obama's daughters can't run for president because Article II-5 says you have to be 35 years old. President Obama can't run for president because Amendment XXII says you can only serve two terms. Remember when Trump claimed Obama wasn't born here, if the Republicans could have proven that they would not have hesitated one minute to stop him. The Amendment XIV-3 says a person that engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the USA can't hold office. The only exception is Congress may by vote of two thirds of each House, remove such disability. It is the Constitution
and not something decided in the voting box.
