40. You do know that in our system a person is innocent until proven guilty?

Though most of us agree tfg is a crook, reading on DU that the "purpose of the arrest...is to say the arrested individual is just a shell...who will be treated in a demeaning manner..." is a bit distressing.

I sure hope this really isn't how you feel, but it seems plenty do.
