12. The Constitution says nothing about a specific amount of time to get an amendment ratified.

The date was added in an attempt to derail ratification. So if enough states have how ratified, it should be considered done. Of course, Republicans will fight it to the bitter end because women are not meant to be equal to men or have the same rights as men.
