And Rick Wilson are the only two Republicans that are still based in reality and put country before party as far as I can tell and I appreciate that. Right now it is a the enemy of my enemy is a friend kind of situation but if and when the day ever comes that the GOP regains a foothold in reality and facts as a party these two will go back to fighting to end social safety programs and progressive advance made since FDR.
I am glad they are helping in the resistance to DT but I find it odd and a bit sad that the most vocal opponents of DT right now are ATM ex-GOPers who are not onboard with a dictatorship and not Democratic Party Reps or Senators.
