Lead item: Melonville Mayor Tommy Shanks accused of siphoning thousands of dollars from the milk fund. Earl tries to interview the Mayor, but Floyd, who is "under the weather", butts in and asks Shanks if his mother knew he stole that money. Shanks gets upset. Earl tries to take control and tells Floyd to shut up, and then tells Shanks to shut up. Shanks, ticked, comes down to the station to kick both their heads in.

(Rump is too much of a physical coward to go after Levy and Flaherty. They'd kick his ass, and he'd commence to blubberin.)
