was the best. Remember a career IT manager on public radio being interviewed. He said that you can't look at past events like this through the lens of today. Everything has evolved.

He said back then people had no idea about things such as this and just depended on IT to care about it. If you had worked in an automated office for many years you would agree with this! If it didn't work after turning in and off, call IT! Many places won't even allow you to involve your self with anything related to inner workings.

In addition, it was the same set up that was deemed good enough for an ex-president who lived in a home that was protected by the SS.

My only point is that there were powerful defenses to it all that people never heard. And the right filled that void with phony nefarious motives.

There is something to the strategy of laughing something off as ridiculous and stating the valid reasons why. With utter and complete confidence.
