....MOC did. But she complained the rent went up a few thousand dollars (we don't really know that) so she was building a new office. The interesting thing is the cost of the new office construction is MUCH higher than the rent increase over two years. Plus, it could have been open on day one, now we're more than six months into the term (one-quarter of two years!) and still no office.
