Kamala Harris does not seem to engender the same sort of disapprobation as Gillibrand, even though she tweeted this at around the same time as Gillibrand:



Also Gillibrand specifically said in her statement that what Franken did was not the same as the actions of Moore, Weinstein, and Trump himself (whom she said must resign due to his sexual misconduct).
