MarineCombatEngineer's JournalHere's a story about 3 bad cops that will get your blood boiling.
These 3 pieces of shit are psychopaths.
Here's a heart warming story, something other than the constant strife by the repigs.
On Monday, a scary story came to a happy resolution when a fawn in North Olmsted, Ohio found itself stuck inside a sewer grate, requiring a team of officers and local officials to set it free.
According to a recent Facebook post from the North Olmsted Police Department, the owner of local Sittoo's Restaurant originally reported the trapped baby deer to authorities. He explained that the fawn was "stuck in a sewer grate behind the business" and that it "wasn't able to free itself."
A crew of officers headed to the scene, along with employees from the city's Service Department. Eventually, "they were able to work together to free the baby."
Photos posted to Facebook show the heartbreaking scene, in which the baby deer is found with the lower half of its body trapped in the grate. Its front legs rest bent on the ground next to its head.

Appeals court overturns conviction in racial slur case.Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Jules Bartow, who is white, was arrested after he used the slur while shopping for boots at the Quantico Marine Corps Exchange in November 2018. Prosecutors and witnesses at his trial said he posed several bizarre rhetorical questions, including asking the customer, while referring to the store clerk, If I called her a (slur), would she still say good morning?
Bartow was convicted of violating Virginia's abusive language law.
Bartow's conviction was overturned by a three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The court found that the First Amendment permits criminalization of abusive language, but only if the government proves the language had a direct tendency to cause immediate acts of violence by the person to whom it was addressed.

National Guard will be armed for Inauguration.
Watching MSNBC right now and the the reporter just said that the Army Chief of Staff authorized the NG to be armed.
Let's see just how brave these traitors are against armed NG's, most of which are combat vets.
20 days of fantasy and failure: Inside Trump's quest to overturn the election
But Trump refused to see it that way. Sequestered in the White House and brooding out of public view after his election defeat, rageful and at times delirious in a torrent of private conversations, Trump was, in the telling of one close adviser, like Mad King George, muttering, I won. I won. I won.?
However cleareyed Trumps aides may have been about his loss to President-elect Joe Biden, many of them nonetheless indulged their boss and encouraged him to keep fighting with legal appeals. They were happy to scratch his itch, this adviser said. If he thinks he won, its like, Shh .?.?. we wont tell him.?
Trump campaign pollster John McLaughlin, for instance, discussed with Trump a poll he had conducted after the election that showed Trump with a positive approval rating, a plurality of the country who thought the media had been unfair and biased against him and a majority of voters who believed their lives were better than four years earlier, according to two people familiar with the conversation, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations. As expected, Trump lapped it up.

Fascinating account of Pissolini's attempt to steal the election.
Supreme Court rejects challenge to Planned Parenthood funding
Source: Politico
The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected South Carolinas request to reinstate its blockade on Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers, a move that could indicate the courts conservative majority may be selective about abortion cases as a new member is expected to soon join its ranks.
The case is one the first major reproductive rights challenges the court has considered since the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg last month, and its rejection was announced on the second day of Senate hearings for President Donald Trump's nominee to the court, Amy Coney Barrett. Both sides of the abortion debate have been closely watching how aggressive the courts conservatives will move to roll back abortion access with Barrett seemingly on track for confirmation later this month.
The case stems from South Carolina Gov. Henry McMasters 2018 executive order barring enrollees of Medicaid, the low-income health insurance program, from receiving routine, non-abortion care from health care providers who also perform abortions. Planned Parenthood sued to block the Republican governor's order, and two lower federal courts agreed that the policy violated Medicaid enrollees rights to seek care from any qualified provider they choose. The state appealed to the Supreme Court earlier this year, arguing that it should have right to determine which providers are qualified to treat Medicaid patients.
South Carolina is one of several Republican-leaning states that sought to eliminate Medicaid funding for abortion providers in recent years. Two years ago, the Supreme Court turned away challenges to similar bans in Louisiana and Kansas. Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh joined with the courts four liberal justices at the time to reject those cases.

It would seem that CJ Roberts and SCJ Kavanaugh are disappointing the Mango Menace.

The shooting took place Thursday morning when deputies at first tried to conduct a traffic stop on Christopher Michael Straub, 38, near a cemetery. Straub got out of his vehicle and ran through the vineyards of the cemetery, the release said.
He then hid and ambushed deputies, firing multiple rounds at them with a handgun. Deputy Richard "Ted" Lehnhoff, 34, was hit in the leg and airlifted to a local hospital, where he underwent surgery and is in stable condition, the release said.
Straub continued evading deputies and attempted to return to his vehicle through the vineyard, but additional deputies arrived on scene and intercepted him as he tried to regain access to his vehicle
Good fucking riddance to POS rubbish.
Derek Chauvin: Former officer in George Floyd killing asks judge to dismiss charges

In court papers Friday, Chauvin's attorney says there is not probable cause to support charges of second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
Floyd's killing sparked protests against systemic racism and police brutality around the world.
Meanwhile, prosecutors said Friday that Floyd's killing was so cruel that they want stricter sentences than recommended by state guidelines if Chauvin and the three other officers involved are found guilty.
I think this is pretty routine and, IMO, won't succeed.
