I live in Georgia and I wear a mask every time I go into a facility where there will be others.
I belong to a car club where about a dozen of our members have continued to meet twice a month for a meal at different restaurants. I stopped meeting with them. One died a few weeks ago from the virus and a second one last week.
Today I stopped by a supermarket for two items. When I got to checkout, there was an elderly lady in front of me, so I stood about six feet behind her in the checkout line. Then I felt someone actually breathing on my neck and turned around and a guy was standing that close behind me with no mask.
On my way home, I realized I had forgot something, so I stopped by Walmart. I was there about six weeks ago and a large majority wore masks. This time, I estimate 40% were mask free and that included many senior citizens and others who were obviously in poor health.
What is wrong with people? How can individuals who appear to be intelligent be so ignorant?

This song is from over 90 years ago (1929) that swept the nation. It express my feelings today as we will soon be rid or Misters Trump and McConnell and have a new President and two new senators. if I understand what dems are doing, there is some disagreement whether it is legal to do that unless two of the minority party votes. Dems could protest but they will not for a good reason. If the democrats win the Presidency and Senate they can stack the court as much as they want since if it was OK for the GOP then they will not have a leg to stand on when dems do the same.

When I saw that Trump and Pence shook hands before a dinner with Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro who had had contact with another person having the virus, my first thought was, in a best case scenario, Nancy Pelosi would become POTUS!

... and republicans to use, and they are doing it for free!
It doesn't matter who our nominee is, all republicans have to do is post videos of our candidates making charges against the eventual nominee during the primaries. Some of the charges that have been made are shocking if true. Undecided independents and republicans would likely have doubts if the nominee is fit to be president. IMHO.
I question whether Bernie can beat Trump
More and more, I question whether Bernie can beat Trump even though I will vote for him if he is our nominee. I see the GOP tarring and feathering Bernie as a radical socialist and will likely get traction with both republicans and independents. In my opinion, some of his promises will be impossible to deliver. Republicans are eager for Sanders to be the nominee and are already attacking down ballot democrats as "Bernie socialists." Should Trump win, regardless of our nominee, we must ALL have voted to fill the House and Senate with democrats so Trump can be impeached again and removed from office as soon as possible.
