sadoldgirl's JournalDoes anyone know how any of the 16 repug
candidates reacted to the tape from the TX police
department?
I know that they are preoccupied with Trump, but at least
two of them are from Texas.
There is a lot of support here
for the actions of BLM at the Netroots Nation meeting.
So now I am asking all of you, who support this action:
What are your serious proposals to end racism in
our country?
Obviously changing the police actions, education,
and jobs don't matter to you.
So what do you see as a solution?
As a question of fairness:
Do you think that Obama will make a push for
HRC during the primaries?
I don't trust him to be fair about this, since he interfered
in one of the senatorial races in my state before.
And what would be there reaction if he does interfere?
Inquisitive minds want to know.
Does anyone have an inkling
about Bennet's intentions about the
Iran nuclear treaty?
Do we have to e-mail and call again?
I have asked this question about the AFT before,
but never got an explanation. I don't refer to the poll,
but to the AFT website, which claims to have worked
since FEBRUARY on reaching out to its members.
Who had declared their candidacy at that time?
How did they know, which candidates would run?
How did they know, what each of these candidates
would say about education?
The claim is that they reached about 1,000,000 members.
When???
There was/is a discussion about flag burning
on GD, and it gave me an old idea back. Normally
only conservatives wrap themselves up in the flag,
and that makes me angry.
I think, should Bernie come again to my city, I will
pass out 20 or 30 small flags to make it clear to
the MSM that we are part of this country as well.
North Carolina: 55% for Trump, in other words:#1
I wonder whether the party will be able
to silence him or whether it will take the
Koch brothers.
Looking at the primaries and the
Repugs' debate system:As you know there are about 16 -18
presidential candidates, yet Fox (hosting the first debate)
decided only 10 will be allowed to participate. The choice
depends on the public polling. That debate takes place in
a month or so.
Will this lead for both parties to eliminate the first 4 primaries,
and make everything dependent on very early polling?
If so what are the advantages/disadvantages for the
candidates or the public?
I found H. Dean's words tonight
on the Last Word show quite encouraging. He is a very strong supporter
of HRC, but after the Portland crowd, he only said:"Anybody, who counts
out Hillary Clinton is a fool.
Before he used to take just a kindly (a bit condescending ) view of
Bernie. Tonights statements were more on the defensive line.
Perhaps he feels the Bern too?!
When on the Last word program
Howard Dean says:"Anyone, who discounts Hillary Clinton
though is a fool", that says an awful lot, since he is one of the
strongest supporters of HRC.
Even he feels the bern!
